Matthew Lansburg brings a calm, commanding presence to the world of private service—earned through over a decade of hands-on experience supporting high-net-worth individuals, families, and institutions with precision, discretion, and care.
Before co-founding Velvet Key Concierge, Matthew spent over eight years serving within the prestigious Westminster Private School system, where he developed deep expertise in maintenance operations, HVAC systems, plumbing, IT infrastructure, and the seamless functioning of large-scale, high-standard properties. That foundation, combined with years working in private estates—gives him a rare ability to troubleshoot, manage, and maintain environments where excellence is non-negotiable.
His technical fluency is matched by his professionalism and quiet anticipation. Whether managing complex household logistics, overseeing seasonal transitions, or coordinating luxury experiences, Matthew’s presence is steady, efficient, and discreet.
